Transacting parties can conduct e-business with confidence

You are interested in cross-border e-business and you want to be sure that these e-business transactions run securely. At a minimum you want to know that the credentials of the parties involved in the transaction are guaranteed, although they are from different countries.

The GTA infrastructure provides this. By establishing and maintaining jointly approved rules, members of the GTA guarantee that the credentials of their end-users are correct. End-users all over Europe and eventually world-wide, can easily check (validate) these. If the mechanisms to do so fail, there is a means for redress, with the applicable liability that is contractually attached.
